In the rural areas, it is quite common to see children often sent to work even for paltry wages and exploitative conditions, primarily to supplement the family income. On the other hand those regular children of the formal school have don’t understand, what the teachers teaches them as a result they are always backbenchers in study as well as extra curriculum activities. CIRTD has understand the responsibility of providing education opportunity for those working and regular children, both boys and girls in the evenings. Besides literacy, numeric, the children are also exposed to social and development education. The learning process is both instructional and participative. Cultural activities like social awareness, songs, and dramas are also taught to the children.
